I designed this book for an imaginative and brilliant person who came up with the Barker Bass. Lee wrote a mesmerizing book that artfully weaves together two parallel stories. To clearly differentiate between the two narratives, I developed a unique header style for the chapters and a corresponding header for the Stanzas. By incorporating subtle design elements like decorative rule lines and boxes, I sought to evoke a feeling of nostalgia and timelessness, adding an extra layer of charm to the book.
